Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, nor are they a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Customers are advised not to discontinue any prescribed medication or medical routine without consulting a qualified healthcare provider.
2. Individual Responsibility
By using Wonder Cubes, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the consumption of our products is solely at their own discretion and responsibility. Results may vary depending on lifestyle, health conditions, and dietary habits. Wonder Cubes holds no liability for any adverse effects, reactions, or lack of results. Customers should consult their healthcare provider before introducing any new food product, especially in cases of pre-existing conditions, allergies, or ongoing treatments.
3. Meal Replacement Disclaimer
Our products are not intended to be full meal replacements. Customers should not rely solely on Wonder Cubes for daily nutrition. A well-balanced diet that includes a variety of whole foods is essential for overall wellness.
4. Frozen Product Handling & Delivery
Important Delivery & Handling Information for Wonder Cubes Products
At Wonder Cubes, we take the quality and safety of our products very seriously. Please review the following delivery and storage instructions carefully to ensure the best experience and to prevent any health risks:
Frozen Products:
Our frozen items are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging and must be placed in a freezer immediately upon delivery to maintain their integrity and safety.
Refrigerated Products:
Products labeled for refrigeration should be stored in the refrigerator as soon as received. Proper storage is essential to prevent spoilage and ensure product quality.
Strict Adherence Required:
Please follow all storage instructions provided with your order. Improper handling or delayed refrigeration/freezing may compromise product safety and is the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery Policy:
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not leave deliveries unattended. It is essential that someone is available to receive the package at the scheduled delivery time.
If no one is available to accept the first delivery, a $15 rescheduling fee will apply, and this fee will be charged for each subsequent failed delivery attempt.
5. Subscriptions, Cancellations & Refunds
Wonder Cubes offers both subscription-based plans and one-time purchase options. Customers can choose the option that best suits their needs
For subscriptions, cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period. Cancellations made after this time will still incur the charge and are non-refundable.

6. Allergy & Ingredient Acknowledgement
While we do not directly add preservatives, artificial flavors, or colorants to our drinks, some ingredients (such as seeds and nuts) are sourced from third-party facilities and may contain traces of gluten, preservatives, or allergens. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to review list of ingredients before purchasing. Wonder Cubes is not liable for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, health concerns or fatalities resulting from the consumption of any selected product.
7. Results & Expectations
Wonder Cubes products are crafted to support wellness, but results are not guaranteed. Some users may experience positive changes; others may not. These outcomes depend on various personal factors including consistency, lifestyle, age, and individual health conditions. We make no claims or promises regarding effectiveness, outcomes, or medical results.
8. Origin of Formulation & Professional Involvement
The formulations of Wonder Cubes have been developed by a team of dietitians based in India. These professionals have created the recipes using ancient, traditionally known ingredients that have long been used to support overall wellness and balanced living. No Canadian-licensed dietitian or medical professional has been involved in the development or approval of these recipes. Customers acknowledge and accept this upon purchase and consumption of Wonder Cubes products.
9. Legal & Liability Limitations
Under no circumstances shall Wonder Cubes or its representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Consumption of Wonder Cubes products imply full acceptance of risk and agreement to all listed terms.

Wonder Cubes reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
11. Customer Acknowledgement of Risk
By purchasing and consuming Wonder Cubes products, the customer confirms they do so voluntarily and fully accept all associated risks. Wonder Cubes is not liable for any injury, illness, reaction, and/ or resultant fatalities or loss—whether direct or indirect—related to product use or misuse.

All content provided by Wonder Cubes—whether on our website, social media, product labels, or in any form of communication—is intended for general informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Wonder Cubes does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any medical condition. 13. Marketing & Testimonials Disclaimer

16. Storage & Usage Disclaimer
All Wonder Cubes products—whether frozen tea or soup cubes, or pre-portioned frozen fruits, vegetables for smoothies—must be stored in the freezer at all times.
If left at room temperature or stored in the refrigerator, these products may experience spoilage, texture changes, or a decline in overall quality. Once any product is thawed (including cubes or smoothie ingredients), it must be used immediately and must not be refrozen. Refreezing thawed products can compromise safety, flavor, and nutritional integrity.
Wonder Cubes is not responsible for any negative effects resulting from improper storage or handling after delivery.
17. Customer Communications & Consent
By subscribing or purchasing from Wonder Cubes, you agree to receive order-related and promotional communication via email, SMS, or phone. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time, but we reserve the right to send essential service-related messages related to your order or subscription.
18. Delivery Responsibility & Limitations
Wonder Cubes depends on individual delivery drivers to deliver your order. While we strive to ensure that deliveries reach you on time and in proper condition, Wonder Cubes is not responsible for any delays, damages, or issues caused by the delivery drivers. Any concerns related to delivery can be reported to us, and we will do our best to support you. However, we are unable to offer any compensation and shall not be held liable for delivery-related/ driver related problems.
19. Raw Ingredient Variability Disclaimer
Our ingredients are sourced from trusted suppliers; however, since we work with natural, plant-based materials, seasonal changes or sourcing limitations may lead to slight variations in taste, color, texture, or aroma from batch to batch. These natural changes do not affect the overall quality or intent of the product. Wonder Cubes is not liable for customer dissatisfaction related to natural variations in raw materials.
20. Product Appearance & Marketing Accuracy
All images, videos, and descriptions provided on our website, social media, or marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive to present our products accurately, the final product may vary slightly in appearance or consistency. Wonder Cubes shall not be held liable for discrepancies between marketing visuals and actual product delivery.
21. Use by Date & Consumption Responsibility
Each Wonder Cube products should be consumed by the “Use By” or “Best Before” date stated on the packaging. Wonder Cubes is not liable for any adverse effects caused by consuming expired or improperly stored products. The customer is solely responsible for monitoring the shelf life of the product once received.
22. Ingredient & Recipe Rights
All Wonder Cubes products are proprietary formulations developed by our team, drawing on ancestral knowledge and wellness traditions. The ingredients, recipes, and product structures are protected intellectual property. Any unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, reproduction, or misuse of our formulations, content, or product design is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under applicable intellectual property laws.
23. Misuse & Unauthorized Use
Wonder Cubes are intended for personal wellness support only. Any use of the product for commercial resale, promotion under another brand, or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited. We are not liable for any issues arising from misuse or repackaging of our product.
