3. Meal Replacement Disclaimer

Our products are not intended to serve as full meal replacements. They are designed to complement a balanced diet and active lifestyle. A variety of whole foods and adequate hydration are essential for overall wellness.

4. Frozen Product Handling & Delivery

Our frozen items are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging and must be placed in a freezer immediately upon delivery to maintain integrity and safety.
Refrigerated items must be promptly stored in the refrigerator. Improper handling, delayed storage, or non-adherence to these guidelines may result in spoilage and is solely the customer’s responsibility.Deliveries cannot be left unattended. A $15 rescheduling fee applies for each failed delivery attempt.

5. Subscriptions, Cancellations & Refunds

Wonder Cubes offers both subscription-based and one-time purchase options.
Cancellations for active subscriptions must be made at least three (3) days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges. Any cancellation made thereafter will still incur payment for the upcoming order and is non-refundable. By subscribing, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms.

While we do not add preservatives, artificial flavors, artificial thickeners or artificial colorants, some ingredients (such as seeds and nuts) are sourced from third-party facilities and may contain traces of gluten, preservatives, allergens or any other unknown additive including colour. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the ingredient list prior to purchase. Wonder Cubes Inc. is not liable for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or health issues resulting from consumption.

16. Storage & Usage Disclaimer

All Wonder Cubes products—brewed fruit and spice tea melts, gourmet nourishing soup blocks, or pre-portioned plant rich smoothie pods—must remain frozen until use. If left at room temperature or stored in the refrigerator, these products may experience spoilage, texture changes, or a decline in overall quality Once thawed, they must be consumed immediately and must not be refrozen. Refreezing thawed products can compromise safety, flavor, and nutritional integrity. Wonder Cubes is not responsible for any negative effects resulting from improper storage or handling after delivery
