Wonder Cubes was born in Metro Vancouver, with our kitchen based in Richmond — on the unceded and traditional territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations.

We are deeply grateful to live and create on this land, whose natural beauty and Indigenous wisdom continue to inspire our journey toward mindful, wholesome living.

At Wonder Cubes, we believe every creation begins with gratitude — to the land, to its people, and to the natural gifts that nourish us.

Our Story

Hello there! I’m Mansi Kohli, founder of Wonder Cubes. After completing my postgraduate diploma in dietetics from Delhi University in 2006, I gained experience in hospitals and wellness centers, where I focused on guiding individuals toward mindful and balanced approaches to eating.

In truth, it was my own health experiences that sparked the idea for Wonder Cubes.

As a child, I wasn’t breastfed, which often left me prone to colds and flus. When I moved to Canada in 2021, the transition was challenging—managing studies, cooking alone, and adapting to a new climate put additional strain on my wellbeing. My iron levels dropped to 6, and I needed several iron infusions. Steroid treatments led to a 30-pound weight gain within three months. I also experienced ongoing concerns such as candidiasis, bloating, and low energy.

At first, I was prescribed antibiotics, but over time, I began to rely on my nutrition training to create simple solutions at home. I started preparing quick smoothies, gentle herbal teas, and nourishing vegetable soups using only whole ingredients—without preservatives, artificial flavors, or added sweeteners. These blends became a way for me to care for myself during a difficult period.

That personal journey inspired the creation of Wonder Cubes: convenient, ready-to-use, and thoughtfully designed to fit into busy lives. With Wonder Cubes, you can enjoy real, wholesome blends in just minutes—without the fuss or cleanup.

Flash frozen fruits and vegetables arrive perfectly cut and measured, paired with a pouch of complementary seeds, nuts, or gentle spices. Simply empty the pack into your blender, add water or a favorite plant based milk, blend, and sip—zero prep, zero waste.

Frozen Tea Cubes & Frozen Soup Cubes

Thoughtfully brewed fruit-based teas and flavorful vegetable based soups are frozen at peak freshness. Drop a cube into hot water/ or in blend it with ice cold water for iced tea (or a saucepan for soups), stir, and enjoy a comforting cup within minutes.
