1. Eligibility
- To join the Program, partners must be registered businesses or organizations in Canada
- Partners must provide accurate contact and business information.
- Wonder Cubes may approve or decline any application at its discretion.
2. Partner Account
- Approved partners receive a unique referral link and access to the Partner Dashboard
- Partners are responsible for keeping login details private and secure.
- Any activity under a partner account will be treated as made by the partner.
3. Referral Link Usage
- Partners may share their referral link with members, clients, customers, or community.
- Partners must not use misleading marketing, spam, or unethical promotion.
- Partners must not place referral codes on public coupon or discount sites.
- Partners must not run paid ads that directly compete with Wonder Cubes brand keywords.
4. Earning Points
- Partners earn points when referred customers place orders using the partner referral link.
- The standard earning rate is 200 points for each new customer’s first order.
- A one time welcome bonus of 500 points may be added when a partner joins the Program.
- Wonder Cubes may update point values or earning rules with reasonable notice.
5. Partner Levels
- Partner Levels such as Bronze, Silver, and Gold are based on referral and point activity.
- Higher levels may provide better point value, visibility, and benefits.
- Wonder Cubes may change level thresholds or benefits at any time.
6. Redeeming Points
- Points can be redeemed for Wonder Cubes products such as smoothies, teas, or soups.
- Points may also be converted to cash payouts according to the Program rules.
- Points do not have cash value until redeemed through the Program.
- Points cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside the Program.
7. Monthly Payouts
- Partners may request redemption of points once per month, subject to any minimum thresholds
- Payouts may be made by e-transfer or another agreed payment method.
- Payouts are usually processed within 10 to 15 business days after month end.
- Wonder Cubes is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect partner payment details.
8. Marketing, Promotion, and Events
- Wonder Cubes may feature partners on its website, social media, or newsletters.
- Top performing partners may be highlighted on Partner Pages or homepage banners.
- Event collaborations, tastings, or pop ups will be arranged only by mutual agreement.
- Inclusion or visibility on promotional materials is not guaranteed and may change.
9. Use of Wonder Cubes Branding
- Partners may use approved Wonder Cubes logos and promotional assets to promote the products.
- Partners must not modify the logo, brand name, or visual identity.
- Partners must not make medical or health claims about the products.
- Partners must not misrepresent the brand, products, or their relationship with Wonder Cubes.
10. Compliance and Conduct
- Partners agree to act honestly and ethically when promoting Wonder Cubes.
- Fake referrals, self referrals for abuse, or use of false identities is not allowed.
- Partners must not misuse referral links or attempt to manipulate the Program.
- Wonder Cubes may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
11. Termination
- Wonder Cubes may suspend or terminate a partner account at any time for rule violations, fraud, or misuse
- Wonder Cubes may also close accounts that remain inactive for an extended period.
- Upon termination, some or all unused points may be cancelled and not paid out.
12. Changes to the Program
- Wonder Cubes may change, pause, or end the Program at any time.
- Program rules, point values, levels, and payout structures may be updated.
- Partners will be informed of important changes using the contact information on file.
13. Limitation of Liability
- Wonder Cubes is not liable for any loss of income related to Program changes, suspensions, or technical problems.
- Use of the Program is voluntary and at the partner’s own risk
- Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law
14. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
- Any dispute will be handled in the courts of British Columbia, unless local law requires otherwise.
15. Acceptance
- By creating or using a B2B partner account, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
- If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not join or continue in the Program.
