These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Program and form a binding agreement between you and Wonder Cubes Inc., located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada (“Wonder Cubes,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating a Wonder Cubes account or participating in the Rewards Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. Program Overview
The Wonder Cubes Rewards Program allows customers to earn and redeem Wonder Points (“Points”) through eligible purchases, referrals, reviews, and promotional activities.
Participation is free and open only to individuals who:
- Reside in Canada,
- Are 18 years of age or older, and
- Have created a valid Wonder Cubes account on wondercubes.ca
The Program is intended solely for personal use. Commercial or group participation is not permitted.
2. Account & Enrollment
- Each participant may hold only one Rewards Account per email address
- Points, rewards, and coupons are non-transferable and cannot be sold or shared
- You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure.
- Creating an account automatically enrolls you in the Rewards Program and credits 500 Welcome Points to your account.
3. Earning Wonder Points
You can earn Wonder Points through eligible purchases and engagement activities as described below:
- Base and Bonus Activities
- Welcome Bonus: 500 points when you create your Wonder Cubes account.
- Order Rewards: Points earned based on your tier’s earning rate (see Section 4).
- Milestone Bonuses: 200 bonus points for every 5th, 10th, 15th order, and so on.
- Referral Program
- Earn 500 points when your referred friend places their first verified order using your referral link or code.
- Your friend also earns 500 points after their first successful order.
- Refer five or more successful new customers to receive an additional 1,000 bonus points.
- Reviews & Social Media
- Earn points for verified Google, website, or social-media reviews that share your genuine Wonder Cubes experience.
- Additional points may be awarded for video reviews that show Wonder Cubes products in use.
- Birthday Bonus
- Active subscribers receive a birthday points bonus during their birthday month.
- Points are credited within 48–72 hours after verification of eligible activity.
4. Tier Levels
The Wonder Cubes Rewards Program features three membership tiers. Each tier offers enhanced earning power and improved redemption flexibility as your lifetime points increase.

| Bronze | 0 – 2,000 pts | $1 = 100 points | $100 minimum purchase |
| Silver | 2,001 – 5,000 pts | $1 = 90 points | $90 minimum purchase |
| Gold | 5,001+ pts | $1 = 80 points | $80 minimum purchase |
- Tier status updates automatically as your lifetime points increase.
- The higher your tier, the faster you earn and the lower your redemption threshold.
- To maintain your tier, continue engaging through purchases, referrals, and reviews.
5. Redeeming Wonder Points
- Points may be redeemed for discounts on qualifying purchases according to your tier level.
- Redemption thresholds:
- Bronze: Redeem on orders of $100 or more (before taxes)
- Silver: Redeem on orders of $90 or more (before taxes)
- Gold: Redeem on orders of $80 or more (before taxes)
- Points are converted into discount coupons within your account dashboard.
- Once redeemed, coupons cannot be converted back into points.
- Points and coupons cannot be combined with other promotional codes unless stated o otherwise.
- Wonder Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded for money.
6. Referral Program Rules
A referral is valid when the referred customer creates an account and completes their first verified order using your referral code or link. Duplicate, self, or fraudulent referrals are not eligible. Referral points are credited within 48–72 hours after the order is confirmed. Wonder Cubes reserves the right to adjust or revoke referral points in cases of suspected misuse or technical error.
7. Reviews & Social Media Rewards
Reviews must be genuine, original, and based on your personal Wonder Cubes experience. Posts must remain public for at least three (3) days for verification. Eligible formats include Google Reviews, website reviews, social-media posts tagging @wondercubesinc, and video reviews (20–60 seconds). Points are awarded only after verification.
8. Points Expiry & Adjustments
Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity (no orders, referrals, or redemptions). Points from refunded or canceled orders are deducted. Fraudulent, duplicate, or error-based points may be removed without notice. Wonder Cubes reserves the right to correct point balances for technical or posting errors.
9. Suspension & Termination
Wonder Cubes may suspend or close any account found engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or unethical activity. If terminated, unused points and coupons are permanently forfeited. You may cancel participation at any time by contacting support; once canceled, points become void.
10. Program Modifications
Wonder Cubes may modify, pause, or discontinue the Rewards Program at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be published on the website. Continued participation after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Privacy & Communication
By joining, you agree to receive occasional communications about your account, rewards, and promotional offers. You may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time without affecting your ability to earn or redeem points. All personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy, in accordance with Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA).
12. Limitation of Liability
The Rewards Program is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. Wonder Cubes is not liable for loss, damage, or technical issues arising from participation in the Program or the use of points. Points and coupons have no intrinsic monetary value until redeemed as specified in these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to the Program will be handled exclusively by the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
